The name came from a pattern I couldn’t unsee.

 

Most businesses don’t have an opportunity problem.

They have a visibility problem.

 

From the outside, everything looks full. The lobby is busy. The lights are on. Work is happening. Momentum is real.

 

But behind the scenes, there are doors that haven’t been opened in a while. Floors sitting quietly in the dark. Not because they’re empty, but because no one’s stopped to realise what’s already there.

 

Every business has these rooms.

 

Client relationships that could expand naturally.

 

Creative platforms built for a moment but capable of lasting much longer.

 

Commercial pathways that exist, but were never structurally carried forward.

PAUL LE FEVRE

The Neon Hotel was founded in London by Paul Le Fevre, a commercial leader who has spent nearly two decades building and scaling revenue infrastructure inside global media and cultural platforms.

​

His work helped create the commercial foundations that enabled global brands including Nike, Google, Apple, adidas, and Meta to invest at scale, not through isolated deals, but through structured commercial systems designed to support long-term growth.

​

During this time, he helped launch new revenue divisions, expand international commercial operations, and unlock multi-million-pound growth across Europe and beyond.

​

He now applies that same commercial architecture to founder-led media, creative, and cultural businesses through The Neon Hotel.

​

That experience shaped a simple belief:

The most valuable growth doesn’t come from doing more.

​

It comes from fully activating what already exists.
